Thank You Friends and Donors!

All of us at OTYO! A Sigh of Relief are extremely grateful for the generous donations received throughout the month of November, including through Google Match. We are right on target with our fall 2022 fundraising goals! We will be able to fund upcoming short term grants and initiatives in 2023, and we are getting much closer to our long term goals for the Community Centre. Thank you, friends and donors!

Words of Gratitude From The Archdeacon Van Amos Katushabe, October 2022

CONTRIBUTIONS TOWARDS THE PURCHASE OF MACHINES FOR PUBLIC SYSTEM ADDRESS FOR KAKINGA C.O.U. :: OTYO Organization

“May the good Lord bless the works of your hands. OTYO is a non profit charitable organization founded by Jolly Bugari, but with the liaison officer in Uganda–Louise Bugaari. Some directors are in San Francisco California.
Thank God who used this to see the needs of our church.” –Archdeacon Van Amos Katushabe

OTYO! (A Sigh of Relief) also wishes to express gratitude to its donors. Thank you for your support, everyone!

OTYO! provides health resources through initiatives directly to our target community in rural western Uganda, as well as small grants to local CBO’s in the region. We also apply our fundraising toward the development of a small community center, which will provide community health education and access to training for trade skills and income generating projects.

Fall 2022 Updates: Short Term Initiative Fundraising Goal Reached!

Drive for Purchasing a System for Public Address

Our short term initiative fundraising goal for the fall 2022 quarter has been reached, providing $1000 to our target community through Kakinga Parish to purchase a public address system for the community. This initiative aligns with our mission, with the system facilitating community health education and community forums. Donations we receive during the remainder of the fall 2022 season will be applied toward our Community Centre project. We are beginning work on a new short term initiative to be announced for the holiday season.

Thank you, ABURAYA!
